What are the payment options?

Payments are made through the Yoco Secure Payment gateway. We accept all major credit cards and you can be assured that your information and payment will be secure. 

What is your return policy?

As a small business, we only accept returns if there is a product defect. As we print on demand specific to your order, all sales are therefore final, unless there is a defect.

 

We do our best to maintain a high quality and everything is double-checked before it is shipped. Mistakes do sometimes happen; we are only human, so please do be polite. If you find a product defect, please let us know by sending us an image and an email describing the issue, within 24 hours of receipt. Defects are defined as anything that is dented or broken. Once we have assessed the issue and if it is found to be our fault we will happily refund OR replace the product, at no extra cost to you.

 

All sales are final and we’re sorry however we can’t be held responsible for a customer choosing the wrong size, quantity or colour. Please do check your order carefully before placing it with us.
